From August 1 to 20, 2018, Wang Xiangyi, Secretary-General of the Association, Ding Dongliang, Deputy Secretary-General, Liu Fengling, Examination Office and Zeng Quan, the head of the service terminal, led the team into two groups and visited 19 authorized educational institutions and member service centers throughout the country.
Generally speaking, most of the member service centers of educational institutions can provide member services according to the requirements of the association. After investigation, the Shanghai Membership Service Center failed to provide perfect continuing education services to its members in accordance with the requirements of the Association due to the problems in the allocation of teachers. As a result, more than 300 students failed to timely annual review, and the information update of the continuing education network of the headquarters could not be in place in time, which caused some troubles to the students. By the decision of the office meeting of the association, the authority of the Shanghai Management Center was suspended for one month. The authority of the Center could not be restored until all the students completed the annual examination. The existing temporary functions are incorporated into the headquarters for processing.
